IUB offers 120 degree programs under 9 faculties. It has graduated 30 sets including doctorate graduates who are 100% gainfully employed nationally and Internationally. Enrol now and study from your home. Lectures time for regular students = 2:30 - 4:00 PM from Monday to Thursday. Sandwich programme kicks up from July to August each year. Registration fees are moderate and affordable. Permanent site for IUB when completed will be 80 rooms under one roof. You can enroll from any of our satelite campuses all over the world. We have the following modes of study: 1. Regular Classes, 2. Distant or Independent Study, 3. Sandwich Program from July 1st to August 30th, 4. Lectures at a local centre* 2:304.00pm from Monday to Thursday. 5. Special Students. Senior citizens(65+ years old) who just wish to enrich them-selves in particular areas are very welcome. They are on automatic full tuition scholarships. There are no specific entry requirements for them and they pay only the application and registration fees. πŸ“– Biography

Kupan Danlami Amos is an accomplished correctional administrator, scholar and academic who currently serves as the Controller of Corrections, Cross River State Command. He assumed office as the 27th substantive Controller of Corrections on 6th September 2023.

A native of Kaltungo Local Government Area of Gombe State, he enlisted into the Nigerian Prisons Service (now the Nigerian Correctional Service) and was commissioned as an Assistant Superintendent of Corrections in 1995. Through dedication and merit, he rose steadily through the ranks, serving in several staff and command positions before his appointment as Controller of Corrections.

Academically, he holds a Ph.D. in Business Management (Finance), a Master's Degree in Business Management (Finance), a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, an Advanced Higher Diploma and a National Diploma.

He has contributed significantly to correctional administration, penal management and national security policy in Nigeria. He has undertaken professional study visits to Botswana, Burkina Faso, the United States of America, Malaysia and Cameroon. He is a member of several professional bodies, including the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), the Institute of Mediation and Conciliation, and the National Institute Alumni Association.

He is happily married and blessed with children.
