Dr. (Mrs.) Chukwu Lydia Ngozi is a pioneering figure in the field of Nursing, dedicated to advancing healthcare standards through education, research and professional practice. She pursued her nursing education with distinction, earning Basic Nursing Education, Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees from reputable institutions in Nigeria and abroad.
As the former Pioneer Director of Nursing at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital (UATH), she introduced innovative nursing curricula by integrating Evidence-Based Practice (EBP), training and retraining programmes to improve patient care and equip nursing students with modern healthcare competencies.
Dr. Chukwu has remained actively involved in nursing research, making significant contributions to the profession. Her research interests include healthcare quality improvement, patient safety and nursing leadership. Her scholarly works have been published in reputable peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international conferences.
