IUB offers 120 degree programs under 9 faculties. It has graduated 30 sets including doctorate graduates who are 100% gainfully employed nationally and Internationally. Enrol now and study from your home. Lectures time for regular students = 2:30 - 4:00 PM from Monday to Thursday. Sandwich programme kicks up from July to August each year. Registration fees are moderate and affordable. Permanent site for IUB when completed will be 80 rooms under one roof. You can enroll from any of our satelite campuses all over the world. We have the following modes of study: 1. Regular Classes, 2. Distant or Independent Study, 3. Sandwich Program from July 1st to August 30th, 4. Lectures at a local centre* 2:304.00pm from Monday to Thursday. 5. Special Students. Senior citizens(65+ years old) who just wish to enrich them-selves in particular areas are very welcome. They are on automatic full tuition scholarships. There are no specific entry requirements for them and they pay only the application and registration fees. International University Bamenda was established in 1990 being the first English Speaking University in the Republic of Cameroon. Based on conventional rules and academic regulations all over the world, any university of higher learning is expected to run Postgraduate programs after graduating two sets of undergraduate students. In 1998, IUB had graduated two sets of undergraduate students, in 2000 first Master of Science students had graduated and in 2001, the Doctoral programs commenced. This was achieved with the partnership with international universities like the University of Wisconsin, USA which provided technical programs support. IUB runs 120 programs under 9 Faculties ranging from Agriculture, Arts and Humanities, Education, Law, Management, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Engineering and Health Sciences from Undergraduate to Postgraduate programs. Universities all over the world are intertwined to network, partner, collaborate and create linkages in the Knowledge acquisition, sharing and utilization, learning, teaching and research through educational pedagogical and andragogical approaches. IUB navigated through the educational challenges to develop a world best curricula that are practical based in the ratio of 30% theory and 70% practical in all the studies.

It is imperative to state that, European Unions only recognize Universities that offer Masters and Doctorate degree programs like IUB. Moreso, Universities like Universitie Malaysia can only do Postgraduate exchange program like IUB in the republic of Cameroon. IUB is international and not a national university that is restricted like other indigenous universities in Cameroon. It has its spread abroad.

The new law in the republic of Cameroon that all private universities should integrate with public universities, IUB equally swang into action and networked with the university of Douala to obey the laws of the land.

IUB draws her students from Cameroon, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Chad, Central Africa Republic, Congo, Nigeria, Benin, Gambia, Liberia, Freetown, Ethiopia, South Africa etc.

IUB will continue to remain the best in teaching, learning, research, innovation, technology transfer, digital literacy and information technology, media studies and Artificial Intelligence as well as entrepreneurial studies in Africa.
